QA/QC Introduction

The Quality Department is responsible for quality inspection and product supervision, and now employs over 40 QC inspectors and other specialized personnel. With 5 inspection stations, we also have a physics and chemical section committed to commodity inspection, process inspection and final inspection.

The Quality Department is responsible for:
1) The inspection of raw and auxiliary materials, co-operative parts and standard parts
2) The quality control, inspection and testing of the whole process of internal measuring, physics and chemical work, and other measuring data
3) Supervision inspection and testing of technological discipline and execution

Equipped with advanced quality inspection and testing apparatus, QC facilities include sophisticated three-coordinate measuring machines, which are used to guarantee the quality of different sections.

In 1998 we received ISO9002 certification, passing ‘Complete Measuring Check and Test System evaluation conducted by the National Quality Technology Supervision Bureau in 1999. Moreover, in July 2000 we were issued ‘Class 1 Physical & Chemical Certification for the Shandong Machinery Industry’.
